Your satisfaction is our priority. At Pearl Gallery we make returns simple and hassle-free. Any item may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided it is unworn and in original packaging.

• 30-Day Returns: Return any item within 30 days of delivery.
• Free UK Returns: A prepaid Royal Mail return label is provided.
• Full Refund: Your original payment method is credited within 5-7 business days.

2. How Returns Work

Step 1 — Request Return

Complete the return request form on our website or email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 — Receive Return Label

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Step 3 — Pack & Ship

Securely pack your items with all original packaging and drop off at any Royal Mail location.

Step 4 — Refund Processed

Once inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Eligible Items

• Items returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn jewellery in original condition
• All original packaging and certificates included
• No signs of wear, alteration, or damage

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and bespoke-production reasons the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised jewellery
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale items
• Items purchased over 30 days ago

5. Refund Timeline

• Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
• Processing: 5-7 business days
• Bank posting: 3-5 additional days
• Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Exchange Options

• Different sizes available
• Alternative styles or pearl types
• Price differences adjusted at time of exchange
• Subject to availability
